Delivery Policy – delivery timeframe, when service is received etc:-
Being an advertiser with Simply Chamonix means you will receive a fast and efficient service when it comes to your information going live on our site and distributed throughout our social media links.
If you agree to advertise with us as a paying client then you can expect to see your advert go live on our website within 3-72 hours of payment being made.*
*If we are waiting for Logos, high res images or information from you then this could take longer and will be the client’s responsibility to get to us, or for us to create this for you. We will call, text and email you reminders to get this to us. We may even pop in to see you if we know you are busy.
Refund / Cancelation Policy – timeframe etc:-
Advertising:- First Month Free so you can try before you buy. When payment is made to us for any form of advertising, we consider that your order is placed with us. This order is non-refundable
Should the advertising be incorrect, we will alter this for you. Send an email to email@example.com or a phone call to +447479739139 where the necessary updates will be made.
Services:- All services and accommodation booked through us are subject to a strict non-refund policy once booked and paid for. This is because we are an introduction site, that provides opportunities and prices for Simply Chamonix Members, we do not own these services ourselves. This means if you book any services and pay a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable. If you book and pay for in full and wish to cancel, then you will need to refer this matter directly with the operator that we have facilitated the booking form. We will assist you with providing all the contact details necessary.
Services booked through us, via third parties directly on their websites, app or by phone, will have their own refund policies which we advise you to read prior to booking

Products and pricing – All our products and pricing are subject to fluctuation and change, sometimes on a daily basis. It is important that you read the pricing on the site as this is updated in real-time.

The Simply Chamonix active marketing package means that we will:
Come and visit you at your place of work
ask you questions about your business and create a simply Chamonix recommendations where Simply Chamonix will create a full description of your business along with a photograph.
Your business will be a featured business where we will actively promote any you and any special offers that you want to promote.
This will be featured on the simply Chamonix website as well as being posted throughout our social media networks.
The cost of this €79.99 per month minimum term 1 month. So you pay €99.99 when you place the order and are happy with our review of your services and then there will be a monthly recurring payment of €79.99.
Access and correction
Under the Privacy Act, you do not have a right to seek access to information which Simply Chamonix holds about you. For example, if a complaint is made to us about one of the vendors we retain the right to not provide the complainants’ details if requested.
Directory clients have the right to ask us to correct information about them which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Your information online is a reflection of what you completed or supplied at the time of your signing up for our services and you are able to access this information by contacting us by email or telephone.
